Chempons Yellow 172, a high performance fluorescent dye, is of a different chemical class to the
older generation fluorescent yellows . It is also a significant advance in terms of fluorescene
and other properties.
It is greener and brighter than other fluorescent yellows, and produces brilliant greenish
yellow fluorescence with exceptional body.
It is of a much higher strength and has better light fastness
Chempons Yellow 172 has a lower solubility in resin systems - particularly at lower temperatures -
which may give some limitations in use. It also has a very low order of solubility in even the most powerful solvents.
