A. Fluorescent Pigments:-

Chempon Fluorescent Pigments are strongly eye catching and come in
1) Standard shades – Lemon yellow, yellowish Green, Pink, Orange, Magenta, Chrome yellow and
2) Special shades as required by the customers.

The uniqueness of Chempon Fluorescent is that they come in:-

1. Universally applicable format (APS range)
2. Water Compatible format (LX range)
3. Low temperature plastics format (LTP range)
4. Non – plate out, non-Formaldehyde, wide range plastics format (Ponplast TSS range)

B. Qutone:-

Chempon Dyes also offer qutone series of aqueous fluorescent dispersion for formaldehyde free applications.

1. GOTS compliance in textiles can be obtained with use of qutone
2. Qutone can be used for fluorescent colouration of liquids eg. Soap/Shampoo, Cleaners, automotive sprays etc.
3. Qutone is ideal for use in polar solvent ball pen inks
   Qutone comes in two grades: 1. semi-transparent and 2. opaque. Semi transparent grade is used in highlighters and pen-inks

C.Fluorescent pigments for plastics – Ponplast series:-

Chempon dyes have their fluorescent pigments for plastics in the full color range. Ponplast pigments have following properties:

1. Ponplast pigments are thermoplastic.
2. Ponplast pigments come in coarse powder form which melts easily.
3. Ponplast pigments are non-toxic; do not contain formaldehyde or heavy metals or any banned azo groups.
4. Ponplast pigments do not bleed or migrate in plastics.
5. Ponplast pigments do not have plate-out problem in processing machine.
6. Ponplast pigments are stable up to 300 deg C.
7. Ponplast pigments can be used for gamut of polymers rigid PVC, PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC etc..
8. Ponplast pigments shades are: lemon yellow, green, orange, magneta, violet and red.

D. Fluorescent Dyes:-

E. POLAR Fluorescent Ink Concentrate Pastes and POLAR Fluorescent Flexo / Gravure Inks

POLAR Fluorescent Ink concentrates are either press-ready or need to be let down with a maximum of 20% varnish as per the requirement of the ink maker / printer

POLAR Fluorescent Pastes :

1. Have finer than 5 micron particles maximum
2. Have Laray Viscosity of 550 Poise
3. Have water emulsification of about 4.5 gm/ 10 gm ink after 5 minutes
4. Have tack value of about 9 gm-mtr at 1000rpm
5. Have yield value of approximately 10,500 dynes/sq.cm
6. Are available in stunningly fluorescent shades
7. Give very good mileage on the press because of high strength and good rheology

These inks are water based and very ecofriendly.They do not have solvating esters or ketones that could damage the stereos or films.They can be used on paper and cardboard stock as well as polymers substrates such as polyolefines and also metallised polyester and aluminium foils.

They are scuff resistant and give good mileage
